From striking all-over prints and intricate patterns to subtle branding and custom artwork, sublimation gives designers almost unlimited creative possibilities. Because the artwork is digitally printed, we can reproduce fine details, gradients and vibrant colours with excellent precision.

We print on a range of polyester-based fabrics, including lycra, with fabrics requiring at least 80% polyester for sublimation.

From Your Design to Printed Fabric

Our swimwear printing process is straightforward. Once your artwork is ready, our team can help with colour and scale adjustments before producing a sample for approval. Once you're happy with the result, we move into production and deliver your custom-printed fabric ready for cutting and garment manufacture.

With the capacity to print more than 8,000 metres per week, Sublitech can support everything from developing a new swimwear collection to larger-scale production.

We also use water-based, environmentally friendly inks and offer fluorescent printing for designs that need an extra pop of colour.
